Undoubtedly, technology has intruded in our day to day lives affecting almost every action and decision that we do or take so much so that even children living in the tech oriented world today do not get pleasure out of playing with wimple wooden or soft toys. A study revealed that as technology has grown and has affected our everyday life; children are no exception to it.
A 10 year old today wants to play on the dad’s i-phone app instead of simple toys and video games. Although it has been considered that robot toys or scientific toys are better for children with specific interests towards science, however, the change in kid’s thinking and likings has proved it to be wrong. Not only kids that dream of becoming a scientist or do something in the field of science life to robots but every child that is living in today’s technology dominated world likes them. The best way to experience it yourself would be to buy a toy and gift it to your child of any age and see the reaction on his/her face and the amount of time he/she would spend with the robot toy/doll in the days to come would leave you wondering if technology has affected the children’s thinking as well.
